Core Leadership
We are currently working on a new course in Core Leadership and are working with the Dioceses to produce the course over Summer 2021.
Given the ongoing uncertainty and restrictions on public gatherings, it is likely that this course will feature a mix of virtual training and remotely accessible tutorials.
Although the course is still in the process of being organised, it is likely to include the following key elements of leadership:
- Time Management
- Collaboration and appreciating difference
- Resilience
- Communication
- Conflict Management
- Thinking Strategically
