Revd Susan Blagden
A little about me
I currently play a key role in teaching Pastoral Theology. I am member of the British and Irish Association of Practical Theology having obtaining an MA in Pastoral Theology in 2005. My pastoral skills were honed through years of being on the front line as a hospital chaplain in a major trauma centre, as well as through training/supervising ordinands and chaplaincy volunteers. I am also working with 3D Coaching towards accreditation as a coach. I provide Coaching in Transition, Action Learning Sets, and Transforming Conversations. These skills are equipping people to be more effective in ministry. I am an Oblate of St Mary the Virgin, Wantage, and a trained Spiritual Director and part of the Diocesan College of Spiritual Direction. This links very directly with my oversight of the Formational Cells within St Padarn's.
