A little about me
My background is in youth and community work and prior to moving to Wales, I was leading and overseeing a number of pioneering projects with young people in County Durham. I trained in Youth and Community Work and Applied Theology via CYM Bristol and then moved to do a Master’s in Theology and Religion at Durham University. I then moved (with Charlie) to Wales in 2013 and starting working for the Church in Wales, initially in Monmouth Diocese and then at St Padarn’s.
My work has involved resourcing and growing Pioneer Ministry and I am passionate about seeing new forms of church, and new ways of engaging with communities beyond the church, develop across our Province.
Outside of work, I have a lot of fun with our adorable toddler and energetic labrador! We enjoy walks (and toddles!) and semi-regular running (sometimes with a toddler cheering me on from the buggy).
